Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some cleanliness issues in the rooms with a strong paint smell that made the stay a bit uncomfortable, but the location was convenient with easy access to town. The service was decent with a welcome drink provided. The dining options were available, but some additional charges were incurred. The facilities were basic.
The hotel's rooms were not as expected with a shared bed instead of two singles, a missing pane of glass, and plaster coming off the walls; above a noisy bar. Despite this, the central location was convenient for exploring the town. The dining options were limited, and there were additional charges to the bar. On the positive side, it was a stopping point between Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, and the Grampians.
The hotel provided an adequate stay for the two of us, perfectly located between Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road, and Grampians. The room was in poor condition with paint chips missing and cracks in the wall. Ideal for a 1-night stopover.
